It ticks all the boxes....

If you're currently looking for a new job or career path you may be thinking, why work in Kings Hill?

Well, this vibrant, friendly community is one of the most desirable office locations in the South East.

Through my work as a recruitment consultant, I've found that those looking for new jobs usually state the following as the most important factors when looking for somewhere to work:

  • Transport links and parking
  • Local amenities
  • Growth opportunities

So, taking these point by point...

Transport links and parking...

Kings Hill is easily accessible by car from any area in Kent, due to its close proximity to the M20, M2/A2 and the A26. Major towns such as Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Dartford and the Medway conurbation are all within a 25 mile radius, making it a great place to access for many people. Kings Hill also boasts plenty of free parking, making life easier (and cheaper!) for those wanting to drive.

The area is well linked with bus services, with connections to Tunbridge Wells, Chatham, Tonbridge and Rochester, to name but a few. There's also a train station in the nearby village of West Malling, with buses frequently running to Kings Hill. Cycling and walking routes also provide easy access throughout the area.

Local amenities...

Another important factor when choosing a place to work is the number of local amenities, and Kings Hill has these in abundance. With multiple shops, supermarkets, restaurants and gyms, every aspect is catered for.

Growth opportunities...

Due to the design of the Kings Hill business park it caters to a variety of different companies, ranging from small local businesses to large national organisations. The location of Kings Hill, being in such close proximity to London as well as being centrally located in Kent, means that there are many opportunities for businesses to grow and develop.

With all that in mind, the real question is, why would you NOT want to work in Kings Hill?
